  11. I have a Motorola Lifestyle 28.8 PC internal modem which has firmware revision 
  12. 0. I am unable to connect with USR Sportster 28.8 modems at any speed over 
  13. 19200.

  15. I have eliminated all the other connection variables and believe that my 
  16. connection problems lie in the modem itself. (I'm using the recommended 
  17. connect strings, have checked phone line quality, etc.)

  19. I understand that there is a Rev 2 version of the firmware available.
  20. Has anyone gotten the firmware upgrade from Motorola? If so, did it fix your 
  21. problems, and are you able to connect at reasonably high baud rates (21-28)? 
  22. Do they require you to return the board, or will they simply ship you new 
  23. PROMS?
